We have learning about continents. Here is what I found about Australia.

    

                                   What’s Continents?

Continents is different part’s of the earth. This Is a list I found out about a big piece of land Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia.

The continent of Australia is the smallest continent. There are only 4 parts of australia. New Zealand is not apart of a continents.

Annyong Mean’s Hi

We have been reading a story called Annyong mean’s Hi. It is about Korean children there names are Jin, John, Fred, Grek, Sarah, and Michelle. Schools in New Zealand have grass, bark and concret. The Children can play in bare feet or shoes. But in Korea there playground has concrete, grass and sand. The Children can not play in bare feet.

Mr Burt’s Korero also he told the whole school in Assembly.  The korero Help’s us remind us about technology and with our work or with a good life.

                  Use My Brain,

Use my brain means when you do the wrong thing and go on games and you’re brain tell’s you are you doing the right thing. Then you listen to your brain and you decide to do the right thing.

     

                       Use My Heart,

Use my heart means  when you feel like you aren’t doing what you have been told to do and then you think and you do the right thing.

Go Red

 In New Zealand April to August in winter they played football and they vs the yellow team.

They practice kicking the ball well the goalie was caching it. The goals corner flags was red and that is the colour of there team.

sunk by a Whale

In 1820  there was a ship named Essex and a crew the captain was selling out to the Pacific Ocean.

The crew hunted down a Whale it’s name was MobyDick It was a big fat white Whale.

MobyDick was 32 meters it is 3 class away.

MobyDick took down the Essex ship it had hit it in the head 2 times and the ship sunk by a Whale.

The Crew had shot Owen coffin and had ate him because they had nothing to eat.  

Finally a ship came and saved the 20 survivors.
