This is my presentation about a book called Goldfish.

My Eel Narrative

Once upon a time there was an eel named Aroha. She lived in a beautiful crystal river. She had two brothers, a dad and a mum. When people walked past the beautiful Omaru creek, they chucked rubbish into it. The plants started to die under the river. Aroha and his family got rescued by a man and his name was Jack.

Triathlon

On Wednesday room 13 had triathlon. If you didn't bring your togs you had to do star jumps. The boys had to do it with the other boys. First we had to run and do four slides on the waterslide. When

we were done, we ran to the bikes and no one was allowed on the bikes in the transition area. We had to wear helmets when riding our bikes too. We rode our bikes around the flags on the field. When we came back I started running around the field. It was the last event to do. Here are some pictures from the day. Please leave me a comment.

Camp Reflection

All year 5 and 6 student at Point England School had camp. Jordenne and Christopher were our leaders in the Force. What I enjoyed at camp was going eeling with harakeke at the Oamaru Creek. Whaea Raewyn stuck bait at the bottom of the Harakeke. One of the boys told Miss Lavakula that two eels were biting on one of the boys. When we got to toptown Mr J told the year 5 and 6 students the instructions. I really liked camp.

My Easter Break

On my Easter Break my Family and I went to the pub in Panmure. It was my cousin Huriata’s birthday. When we got there we had a Karaoke competition. My brother Billy sang red red wine by UB40. I went with my aunty Bronwyn. I was too shy go up onto the stage because there were too many people there. We left at 8pm at night when we left me and my brother and sister got one bag of lollies. I really enjoyed my Easter break.

 

Cats

This is a picture of a Tabby cat called Cowan. It likes to eat canned food and drink milk. My cat can catch mice and birds. He lives at home with me.
